NDA Summary Terms

1. Confidential Information
Includes all non-public information related to The Science of Strength Institute business operations, investor materials, financial information, strategy documentation, and proprietary methods.
2. Permitted Use
Recipient may use confidential information solely for evaluating a potential investment relationship and for no other commercial purpose.
3. Non-Disclosure and Security
Recipient agrees not to share, distribute, copy, or disclose confidential information except to authorized advisors under equivalent confidentiality obligations.
4. Return / Destruction
Upon request, recipient will return or destroy confidential materials and confirm completion in writing, subject to legal retention requirements.
5. Term and Remedies
Confidentiality obligations survive for the period stated in the executed agreement. Breach may result in injunctive and other legal remedies.
